Will this day ever end

I have only been at work for 40 minutes and this is a serious endurance test. I say it numerous times; "I will never have a big alcohol fueled night out on the town when I have to work the next day". Then Saturday comes along and what do I do? Forget everything that I told myself not to do. The question is; was this self inflicted torture worth it?
